Overview

By using JustLayMe, Grey Mirror, Red Flag Scan, the ChatGPT connector, or related features, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or upload conversation material.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into these Terms, and use the service only for lawful purposes. If you use JustLayMe on behalf of another person or organization, you are responsible for having authority to do so.

Account & Security

You are responsible for activity through your account. Keep credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not share access, tokens, sessions, or report links in a way that bypasses plan, credit, pay-per-report, or entitlement limits.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal, hateful, exploitative, abusive, harassing, stalking, coercive, or surveillance-oriented activity.

Do not attack, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, payment, rate limits, ownership checks, or report gating.

Your content

You keep ownership of material you upload. You grant JustLayMe a limited license to host, process, store, transform, analyze, secure, debug, and display that material only as needed to operate the product, deliver reports, handle support, comply with law, and protect the service.

Report payments and billing

Completely free analysis of your uploaded conversation is available before any optional full report purchase. No credit card required. You can unlock one full report for $17.99 USD as a one-time purchase, or choose Grey Mirror Plus at $9.99/month for one full report unlock per billing period. You keep an unlocked report after cancelling the subscription, unless you delete the report or your account.

Web checkout uses Stripe; purchases made through the Apple app use Apple in-app purchases. The monthly included unlock must be applied to an eligible completed report owned by your account. Replaying the same billing-period transaction does not unlock another report. Upload validation and participant confirmation remain part of the analysis flow; MCP and ChatGPT do not process payment or mark reports unlocked.

If a report payment fails, is reversed, or appears abusive, we may suspend access to that report until the issue is resolved. Manage a subscription through the platform where you purchased it. Existing customers with older billing records can contact support for account-specific changes.

Grey Mirror and Red Flag Scan limits

The product surfaces patterns, metrics, probabilities, and interpretive signals. It does not know every motive, every off-thread fact, or the future with certainty.

It is not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, crisis support, a diagnosis, a lie detector, or a guarantee of relationship outcomes.

Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful use, chargeback abuse, payment bypass, data misuse, or material violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request data deletion under the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, JustLayMe disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, JustLayMe and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or relationship outcomes resulting from use of the service.

If liability can be limited, total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to JustLayMe for the specific feature or plan giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event.

Disputes

Before filing a formal claim, contact support@justlay.me and give us a fair chance to resolve the issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it will be handled in the court or forum with proper jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires another process.
